How Embedded Works handles your project data and personal information.
Data Protection
When you submit a project inquiry through the contact form or email, Embedded Works collects the name, email address, company information, and project details you choose to share. This information is used solely to understand your requirement and respond with a relevant next step.
Schematics, PCB layouts, firmware code, and any technical files shared during a project are treated as confidential. They are not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or retained after the project concludes unless explicitly agreed in writing. NDA arrangements are available upon request.
This website uses localStorage only to remember your theme preference (dark or light mode). No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are used. No third-party trackers are embedded in this site.
The contact form uses FormSubmit.co to deliver messages. Cloudflare provides security and CDN services. Neither service is used for marketing or data resale. No payment information is collected through this website.
Project inquiries and emails are retained for as long as necessary to complete the conversation and follow-up. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@embeddedworks.co.
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of any data held about you. Contact hello@embeddedworks.co to exercise these rights.
